The Registration page will
provide you with vital information on registration forms and procedures
for classes and other upcoming events.
Note:
Some of the forms
available for download on this page may require you to have

Registration For Returning Students: |
Click here
to register on line. Register your family first and then set up
your child/student under your account. Note fee calculations do not include
Staging (costume) fees. These will be billed separately.
See paper-based form for Staging (costume) fees. Once you have
completed the registration your account will be updated to
reflect the applicable costuming charges and you will be
contacted for approval. Please fill out your AutoPay
paperwork (see link below) and arrange its delivery to the
Academy within 5 business days. For your convenience, we
will accept your telephone/email authorization to process
payments through the same chequing/credit card account that you
used last year. |

completed the on-line registration, all discounts, promotional
offers, costuming charges etc. will be calculated by our office.
